During our pursuit of finding the
perfect home in the northeast valley we called Daniel inquiring
about a home he had advertised on his web page. We told Daniel
we were unhappy with our current representation and that we
needed to find a home to purchase and move in before the beginning
of school, which was in 6 weeks time.
Not only did Daniel listen intently to our home buying needs,
he worked around the clock, searching for homes that based on
our feedback, might be suitable. He never got discouraged, and
never expressed concern about not having a contract with us,
he seemed solely concerned with finding the right house, that
met all of our criteria. I remember at one point feeling stressed
about how little time we had left and I said that I didn't know

After spending just two days in town over the Fourth of July
weekend he brought us to the house we purchased and helped us

us through the buying process and with his attention to detail
and his ability to continually move things ahead through the
escrow period, we were able to close and move into our new home,
4 days before the start of school. I am very grateful to Daniel
